Hello everyone, this is Jim, welcome to my recipe page. Today I will show you how to make a special dish, Glassed Maple Salmon recipe, which can be prepared in a simple, sweet and spicy Thai way every night of the week. My favorite one. Now I will make it a little more beautiful. It would be really tasty.
Let’s face it, cooking isn’t a top priority in the life of every man, woman or child in the world. In fact, people have even given up the ability to cook most of their own lives. This means that people often eat energetic meals and packaged formulas without worrying about preparing healthy meals for our family and personal pleasure.
Healthy cooking is often difficult because most of us don’t have to spend time planning and preparing meals that our family won’t eat. At the same time, our families need to be healthy, so we are forced to understand new and improved ways of making healthy food so that families like it (and, unfortunately, in some cases, hate it).
The good news is that once you've heard the basics of cooking, you'll probably need to learn it again. This means you can always develop and expand your culinary skills. When you learn new recipes and improve your culinary skills and talents, you will realize that preparing your food from scratch is much more effective than making readymade food that you can buy from the shelves of your local supermarket.
The taste of sweet and spicy Thai glazed maple is influenced by many factors ranging from the type of ingredients, the choice of fresh ingredients, the ability to cut the food and the way it is prepared and served. If you want to make delicious sweet and spicy Thai salmon with maple glass at home, don’t worry, because if you already know how to do it, this dish can be used as a special luxury delight.
To start with this special recipe, we need to prepare some ingredients. You can make sweet and spicy Thai salmon covered with maple with 13 ingredients and 7 steps. Here's how to prepare it.
Fish is great for a snack and healthy. I have come up with this recipe combining the ingredients I always have on hand for a spicy, sweet and spicy cream and it has been a family favorite ever since. With a few changes (as shown in the recipe) it has become a very easy meal for my older kids.
Ingredients and spices you need to take with you to make light and spicy Thai salmon with maple glass:
- 1 salmon fillet, about 1.75 lbs
- Salt and pepper according to the season
- 1 tablespoon fried salmon oil
- 1 large clove of garlic, finely chopped (under one table spoon)
- 2 tablespoons onion, cut into thin slices
- 5-7 coriander stalks, cut (stems and leaves)
- 1/2 jalapeno, cut into thin slices (or if you like pepper, of course you can use another type)
- 1 tablespoon cream oil
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- Half a lemon flavor
- 2 teaspoons spicy garlic paste (I use Hui Fong.)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1.5 tablespoons Visual
Steps to lighten and spice up Thai style with chic maple salmon
- Preheat the oven to 400 Fahrenheit and prepare a pan or baking sheet opposite the oven to roast the salmon. I want to align the mold with aluminum foil so that it is easy to remove and wash.
- Arrange the salmon next to the meat with salt and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients of the glaze in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat in a non-stick pan and cook the salmon fillets on each side for 2 minutes. I fry because I like fish crust, but if you don’t need or don’t have the time, grease the meat with a little oil and move on to the next step.
- Place the salmon in a pan opposite the oven, keeping the skin side down and sprinkle evenly.
- Bake the salmon on the middle shelf for 7-10 minutes (if you haven’t fried it the whole 10 minutes) depending on how much you like the fish, then open the oven and place the salmon about 5 inches below the grill. And fry for another 4 or 5 minutes to caramelize the garnish. You can serve the whole fillet in a family style or separate the meat from the skin and cut it into pieces with a knife or spoon.
- Enjoy!
