  2. Heat oil or ghee add onions and fry to brown take them out. In same oil put ginger garlic paste and fry add chicken.
  3. Add salan masala, chat masala, brown onions, salt and cook well by stirring. Cook till chicken is tender fry it.
    Now take out all oil from top and add boiled chaney in it and cook on low flame, add green chillies, garam masala, lemon juice and dhania.Add the oil which we took out before. Stirr Put on dum for few mins
