  1. romaine salad
  2. purple bow
  3. strawberry
  4. blueberries
  5. cucumber
  6. sesame seeds

  12. 1 teaspoon raw vinegar

  2. Wash and chop the cucumbers (preferably in slices) and place them in a bowl with salad
  3. Slice an onion (*not whole) and add it to salads
  4. Cut the tops off the strawberries and add them to the salad (*pre-washed strawberries)
  5. Wash the blueberries and add them to the salad mix.
  6. Take 1 teaspoon of raw vinegar and sprinkle it over the salad.
  7. Cover the top with a lid or use a large spoon or fork and mix into the salad mix
  8. Sprinkle/mix with cheese
  9. Add cherry peppers and hot peppers to salads.
  10. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and flax seeds on top.

You'll also find that as you gain experience and confidence, you'll improvise more on the go and adapt recipes to suit your personal preferences. If you want more or fewer ingredients, or want to cook a recipe that will be slightly smaller or stronger in taste, you can make simple adjustments along the way to achieve this. Simply put, you will start cooking your personal meals on time. And you don't have to learn them in terms of basic cooking skills for beginners, but you will never learn them if you don't master those basic cooking skills.
